Return & Refund Policy

At Kindle Serenity, each candle is handcrafted in small batches with care.

Returns

Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will gladly review the issue and offer a replacement or refund when approved.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Product Safety

Our candles are made with 100% coconut wax and premium, carefully selected fragrance oils.

Our products are designed with natural, intentional ingredients and are considered safe for use around pregnant women, children, babies, and newborns when used as directed.

Always burn candles in a well-ventilated area, keep away from children and pets, and never leave a burning candle unattended.

If you are pregnant, have a newborn, or have specific allergies, sensitivities, or medical concerns, please consult with your healthcare provider before use.
